By using Nyocte, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Use of Our Services

You must be at least 13 years old to use Nyocte. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Nyocte for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm, disable, or impair our services. You must not use the platform for fraud, money laundering, or any illegal financial activity.

Community Standards: Zero Tolerance

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users on Nyocte. You must not post, send, stream or share content that:

• is sexually explicit, or sexualizes minors in any way;
• harasses, bullies or threatens anyone, or encourages violence;
• attacks people for their race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, disability, sex, gender or sexual orientation;
• promotes terrorism, self-harm or illegal activity;
• is fraudulent, a scam or spam, or impersonates someone else;
• shares someone's private information or images without their consent.

Reporting and Blocking

You can report posts, comments, messages, profiles and live broadcasts, and block any user, from within the app. We review reports, remove content that breaks these terms, and may suspend or ban the accounts responsible.

Your Content

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting public content on Town Square, you allow Nyocte to show it to other users and, only if you turn on "Show my posts in Google", to search engines. You are responsible for the content you share and must have the right to share it.

Ending Your Account

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings > Privacy & Security > Delete Account). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Limitation of Liability

Nyocte is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any disputes between group members or financial losses arising from group activities managed through the app.
