Do our residents' members need an account to join?
No. Members and guests open the meeting link in a browser, enter their name, check their camera and microphone, and join. Only the host needs a Nyocte account, created in the mobile app.
Is there a time limit?
Nyocte does not cut a meeting off at a fixed time. Plan the length you need and end it when you are done.
Can households that missed the meeting still vote on the levy?
Yes. Votes carry a deadline. Members vote from the app until it closes, and the result is recorded with the meeting.
Can we keep the meeting to residents only?
Yes. Use a password or the waiting room so the host admits only residents, and lock the room once the meeting has started.
