How to track contributions in Nyocte

Record money already received for a Nyocte group contribution. Review received totals and outstanding pledges; recording a receipt does not charge a card.

Follow the steps

  1. Open the collection

    Organizers can record money already received.

  2. Choose the member

    Tap the person who made the contribution.

  3. Record the details

    Check the date and add an optional note.

  4. Enter the received amount

    This example records twenty-five dollars.

  5. Review and record

    Tap Record Contribution when the details are right.

  6. Check the updated totals

    Twenty-five received; seventy-five still pledged.

Open the collection in Finances. Organizers can record money received outside the app.

Select the person who contributed. Check their name and the collection.

Check the payment date and add a useful note. This is a sample cash contribution.

Enter the amount actually received. Here, we record twenty-five dollars.

Review the details, then tap Record Contribution. This records a payment; it does not charge a card.

The collection shows twenty-five dollars received. The hundred-dollar pledge now has seventy-five dollars left.
