Yes. The app is free for every group, with no member limit, no premium tier, and no feature paywall for community tools.
What can cost money?
Payment processing. If your group chooses to collect contributions or sell services through Nyocte where in-app payments are available, the payment provider charges a processing fee shown before you confirm. Keeping records without in-app payments is free.
