Follow the steps

1. Open Committees

   Tap New Committee to organize a smaller team.

2. Name the committee

   Use Reunion planning for this example.

3. Describe its purpose

   Plan our batch reunion together.

4. Choose the initial members

   Include yourself, then tap Create Committee.

5. Open your new committee

   Members can be added afterward too.

6. Tap Add

   Choose another member from your group.

7. Add Alex Demo

   Select Alex, then tap Add 1 member.

8. Open the committee chat

   Both demo members now belong to this team.

9. Your team has its own chat

   Use this space for committee conversations.
