A committee meeting is a decision machine. It needs an agenda circulated in advance, a quorum counted, motions voted, and minutes with action items that someone will actually follow up. Most committees do this with an email thread, a PDF, and a chat, and then spend the next meeting reconstructing what was agreed.

Before you start

Do our committee members need an account to join?
No. Members and guests open the meeting link in a browser, enter their name, check their camera and microphone, and join. Only the host needs a Nyocte account, created in the mobile app.
Is there a time limit?
Nyocte does not cut a meeting off at a fixed time. Plan the length you need and end it when you are done.
Can we invite an auditor or a guest speaker without adding them to the group?
Yes. Share the meeting link. Guests join from a browser with their name; they see the meeting, not the group's records.
Can members vote by proxy?
Yes. Nyocte's votes support delegating a vote to a trusted member, and the delegation is recorded with the result.
